Shantou Jinchang Pharmaceutical Packaging manufactory is located at Jinyuan Industrial Town of Shantou, a special economic zone of Guangdong. We are not only well known as a large medical & food container manufacturer in the eastern bound of Guangdong province, but also popularized as a professional team of product R&D, design and manufacture; and one of the earlier registered enterprises of China FDA and QS Certificate Administration. In addition to workshops with an area of 5,000 m², we also have 1,500 m² cleaning workshop. Its production environment definitely meets with the requirements of cleanliness in GMP 100K Grade. It has owned an advanced lab for physical, biochemistry, and bacteria inspections. We use automatic plastic injection molding machines and blow molding production lines including hundreds of various injection molds and die sets.
Our manufactory is equipped with various latest CNC machines, professional technicians in an efficient management, and a perfect quality system. We mainly produce plastic containers in accordance with the Standard Class I on medical package material of National FDA. They are mostly made of HDPE, PP, EVA, EVOH, AS, PETG, etc., that are authorized to apply for food and drug package, and also widely used as the containers for solid/liquid pharmaceuticals, health care products, and cosmetics. There are about 200 items of different specifications. Through continuous exploration and research, we are successful in the creation of the first barrier in the domestic original multi-layer hollow technology which has quality protection, gas-barrier, anti-volatile, anti-infiltration, and anti-corrosion characteristics. Our enterprise is the only one producing five-layer co-extruded high barrier-free hose connector by blowing molding method in China. All of our products have passed the State Food and Drug Administration test, Test number: YBB00122002. Pharmaceutical Packaging Production registration permits: SINOPHARM package word 20,030,117, SINOPHARM package word 20,030,168.
